Quinoa & Vegetable Enchiladas by Cedar Lane Natural Foods - Food Review

Fieldtripmom.com is always on the hunt for delicious foods that are made with healthy ingredients.  Last week, we had the opportunity to taste Quinoa and Vegetable Enchiladas made by Cedar Lane Natural Foods.  We were so excited to have dinner on the table in under 10 minutes.  The microwave did all the cooking and we just sat back waiting for our meal

Cooking the enchiladas was easy.  All we did was follow the directions on the package.  In under 10 minutes, we had dinner on the table.  The kids took one bite and decided they missed the chicken in the enchilada and didn't care for the sauce.  My husband enjoyed the flavor combination but said he wouldn't stock the freezer with the product.  I did not like it because the spices were overpowering to my palette.  Overall, our house was divided on the enchiladas.

I do have to say, as a family we prefer a different variety of flavor combinations. Although we didn't care for the product, this doesn't mean your family won't. Our personal preferance is traditional Mexican food and this was not as such. I strongly believe that everyone should make their own choices and if you enjoy the ingredients listed below then give it a try.
