Brasil - Macy's

We went to Brasil last week without leaving California. Free event - at Macy's South Coast Plaza launch of their Brasil collection. There was dancers, live music, fashion show, nail spa, picture both and so much more. (We watched "Rio" the day before to get ready for the fun.) We got to see families dancing and having a great time.  The event gave us a little glimpse through the sounds(music), taste (berry drink) and their Carnival atmosphere of life in Brasil during Carnival.  Overall it was a great opportunity to learn about Brasil/Brazil. Let me share with you a little bit about what we learned for free:

Painting tote bags with the colors of the Brazillian flag.
Brasil Flag colors: Blue, Green, white and Yellow

We experienced live music while the  brazilian samba dancers performed. You  could say there was a mini Carnival.  Macy's was turned into Rio de Janeiro

by Anthony Ochoa
The night was fun and with a purpose to launch a new beautiful collection "Brasil".  The colors were bright and cheerful. Maybe you could not go to Brasil, but you can certainly wear a little bit of happiness. Clothes that bring you joy and make you feel young at heart are at Macy's.

There something for everyone. Makeup that will brighten your day and make you feel summer is here already! The day of the event they had several make-up artists to help you try their new product. I absolutely loved this collection.

Hello Kitty loves Brasil too...

It was a great night for learning about how people celebrate in Brasil. We all had a great time that we came home dancing the Samba. Macy's really knows how to throw a party with an educational spin! I loved it! Go ahead and check your local Macy's or Mall for the next fun event! Have fun and continue going on field trips.
