| Love is in the Air Show |
As we were sitting down to eat. I realized how many friendly and kind *Social Media friends I had. Every time I turned around I was saying hello to someone I knew. They were all ready to have a great time with their families at Knott's. Kids were jumping for joy as Charlie Brown entered the room to greet us. There were lines to get to the cute fuzzy characters. I loved their shoes. Is that wrong?
After a great breakfast we went to see a musical show at Camp Snoopy. The title of the musical is "Love is in the Air". Yes, I was dancing to Grease music and other love songs. It was full of energy and smiles. The kids were glued to the dance routine and the fuzzy characters. Charlie Brown, Linus and Lucy danced to the music and had the kids jump in to join them. We clapped and cheered like as though we were at a concert hall. It was really very exciting for all of us. I am a big kid at heart. Plus I just wanted to hug the characters, because they are so chubby and cute.
Camp Snoopy was a fun playground for the kids to really enjoy themselves. I watched as the kids went from ride to ride. The kids and I went on Charlie Brown Speedway, Camp Bus, Lucy's Tugboat, Rocky Road Trucking, Woodstock's Airmail, Joe Cool's GR8 SK8 and Huff &Puff rides. I think we went on each of the rides at least 4 times each. The hours seemed to fly by like minutes. Each time the kids really enjoyed themselves on the rides and the crafts.
There is nothing like having a great day at Knott's and then ending it with a fun treat. I had two strawberries covered in chocolate. My children had a rice crispy treat and one cupcake. They were not your traditional treats. Just take a look:
Then we decided to go back for one last ride....
The end!
