Free Admission, Free Sundays and Special Deals

“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” Albert Einstein

This year vow to take more field trips that will inspire you. As you know kids only get a few field trips throughout their education. Which is not enough to make the connection between book learning and hands on education. Therefore it is vital that you as a parent take them on as many field trips as you can possibly  fit in to your schedule. Field Trips help kids build memories of their experiences. The more field trips you take the more experience they will have in understanding what they read in art, history, math and science.  Consider that not only will you help your child learn, but that you will find value in spending quality fun time with them as well.  Some of the complaints that I receive is that there is not enough money or enough time. Well, with a little planning and some research you can pack a lunch and have fun for free or at a discount.

There are many free or special offers for you to use to help with your budget. If you need to find more places in your area go to Fun Places and click on the links for your county.http://www.funplaces.com/products.htm
(The book "Fun Places To Go With Your Kids" on page 803 offers more places to visit on a budget.)
